These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and JIEXUN TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, with its registered address at UNIT B, 7/F, KAI FAT BUILDING, 204-210 WING LOK STREET, SHEUNG WAN, HONG KONG.

By accessing our website, purchasing, subscribing to, or using our residential proxy networks, data scraping tools, or any associated software and services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our Services.

1. Definition of Services

SnapProxy provides data transmission services via residential IP proxies that enable users to route data traffic through residential nodes globally. The Services are intended for legitimate enterprise and individual technical applications, including but not limited to business intelligence, localized market research, data aggregation, search engine optimization validation, and software testing.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access our Services, you must register for an account at www.snapproxy.io. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at our sole discretion prior to or following provision of Services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You strictly agree that you will use the Services in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and third-party rights. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any form of cyberattack, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), or distribution of malware, ransomware, or viruses.
• Unauthorized access to computer systems, network mapping, vulnerability scanning, or credential stuffing.
• Financial fraud, credit card fraud, phishing, identity theft, or impersonation of individuals or corporate entities.
• Accessing, distributing, or transmitting any illicit, obscene, or harmful content, including content violating child protection laws.
• Violating copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights of third parties during data collection.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions in a manner that violates third-party platforms' commercial terms.

4. Traffic Allocation, Fees, and Subscriptions

The Services are billed based on the chosen pricing model (e.g., subscription packages or traffic volume/gigabytes consumed). All prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and, unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy, all fees paid are completely non-refundable once traffic consumption has commenced.

Unused residential traffic balances expire at the end of the subscription period unless a rollover plan has been explicitly purchased or provided as part of the service package terms.

5. Proprietary and Intellectual Property Rights

The website www.snapproxy.io, its look and feel, source code, underlying technical structure, logos, brands, and infrastructure are the exclusive intellectual property of JIEXUN TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED. No intellectual property rights
