This Terms of Service Agreement, the “Agreement”, governs the contractual relationship between SnapProxy, operated by JIEXUN TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED, as the service provider, and any natural or legal person using SnapProxy websites, systems, accounts, dashboards, proxy services, or related products as the service user.
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using SnapProxy services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional rules or product terms published on SnapProxy.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not access or use SnapProxy services.
1. General Provisions and Definitions
1.1 Company
SnapProxy is operated by JIEXUN TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, with its registered address at UNIT B, 7/F, KAI FAT BUILDING, 204-210 WING LOK STREET, SHEUNG WAN, HONG KONG.
For the purposes of this Agreement, “SnapProxy,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to JIEXUN TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED and the SnapProxy service.
1.2 Client
Any person or entity accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using SnapProxy services is considered a client under this Agreement, referred to as the “Client,” “User,” “you,” or “your”.
The Client may be a natural person or a legal entity represented by an authorized natural person.
1.3 Eligibility
You may use SnapProxy services only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
If you use SnapProxy on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
1.4 Services
SnapProxy provides proxy infrastructure solutions, including but not limited to proxy IP access, residential proxy services, static proxy services, rotating proxy services, bandwidth-based proxy plans, proxy management tools, dashboard access, authentication tools, and related technical services, collectively referred to as the “Services”.
The Services are provided through the SnapProxy website, dashboard, APIs, systems, and related platforms, collectively referred to as the “System”.
1.5 Product Availability
The full list of available Services, features, pricing, limitations, and product rules is shown on the SnapProxy website or dashboard.
SnapProxy may modify, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any Service, feature, location, IP resource, routing option, or product category at any time.
1.6 Use of Services
You may use only the Services that you have purchased, activated, or otherwise been granted access to.
Your right to use a Service is limited to the purchased plan, paid period, assigned traffic, bandwidth, number of IPs, usage limits, product type, and applicable restrictions shown at the time of purchase or in your account dashboard.
1.7 Global Access and Restrictions
SnapProxy services may be accessible globally, but availability may be limited in certain countries, regions, platforms, websites, or use cases due to legal, regulatory, technical, compliance, or business reasons.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of SnapProxy services is legal in your location and in any jurisdiction where your activities may have an effect.
1.8 Acceptance
By creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, accessing the dashboard, using any proxy endpoint, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
1.9 Updates to This Agreement
SnapProxy may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be published on the website or otherwise made available through the System.
Continued use of the Services after an updated Agreement is posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain SnapProxy services, you may be required to create an account through the website or dashboard.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and valid information during registration and throughout your use of the Services.
2.2 Registration Information
SnapProxy may require information including but not limited to:
- Email address.
- Password.
- Name or company name.
- Country or region.
- Billing information.
- Payment information.
- Service requirements.
- Technical or usage information.
- Any other information required for account verification, risk control, compliance, payment processing, or service delivery.
2.3 Account Verification
SnapProxy may require you to verify your email address, phone number, payment details, identity, company information, usage purpose, or other account information.
SnapProxy may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Services if required verification is not completed.
2.4 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, proxy credentials, dashboard access, and any other authentication information.
Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility unless you can prove that the activity occurred due to SnapProxy’s own system failure.
2.5 Unauthorized Access
You must immediately notify SnapProxy if you believe that your account, password, API key, proxy credentials, payment method, or any other access information has been lost, stolen, leaked, or used without authorization.
SnapProxy is not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account or credentials.
2.6 Account Sharing
You may not sell, transfer, assign, rent, lend, sublicense, or share your account with any third party unless expressly permitted by SnapProxy in writing.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, access may only be shared with authorized team members under your responsibility and in accordance with SnapProxy’s product rules.
2.7 Accuracy of Information
You represent and warrant that all information provided to SnapProxy is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
SnapProxy may suspend or terminate your account if any information is false, misleading, outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent with payment or usage records.
3. Service Access, Suspension, and Termination
3.1 Right to Suspend
SnapProxy may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time if we determine that:
- You breached this Agreement.
- You failed to pay for the Services.
- Your payment is reversed, disputed, declined, refunded, charged back, or suspected of fraud.
- You provided false or misleading information.
- You violated the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your use creates legal, security, financial, technical, reputational, or operational risk.
- Your activity affects the stability, reputation, or availability of SnapProxy’s infrastructure.
- Your activity harms other users, third parties, websites, networks, or platforms.
- Your account is involved in spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, scraping of prohibited targets, illegal activity, or suspicious activity.
- We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, payment provider, infrastructure provider, upstream provider, or government authority.
3.2 Investigation
SnapProxy may investigate accounts, traffic, payment activity, usage patterns, complaints, logs, abuse reports, or security alerts to protect the Services, users, third parties, and infrastructure.
You agree to cooperate with any reasonable investigation and provide information requested by SnapProxy.
3.3 Notice
Where reasonable and legally permitted, SnapProxy may notify you of suspension or termination by email, dashboard notice, support message, or other communication method.
SnapProxy may suspend or terminate access without prior notice where immediate action is necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, security risks, legal exposure, or service disruption.
3.4 No Refund for Violations
If your account or Services are suspended or terminated due to violation of this Agreement, abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or misuse, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, compensation, or reimbursement.
3.5 Lifetime Ban
SnapProxy reserves the right to permanently prohibit any person, entity, account, payment method, IP address, domain, or related identifier from using the Services if serious abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or repeated policy violations are detected.
4. License to Use the System
4.1 Limited License
Subject to this Agreement and your payment of applicable fees, SnapProxy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the System and Services for lawful purposes.
4.2 Scope of License
This license is limited to your own personal or internal business use and only for the Services you have purchased or been authorized to use.
You may not use SnapProxy materials, systems, software, dashboards, APIs, proxy infrastructure, documentation, or content for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
4.3 Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in SnapProxy, including the website, dashboard, software, API, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, documentation, data, reports, systems, infrastructure, and other materials, are owned by SnapProxy or its licensors.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
4.4 Restrictions
You must not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the System.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Services without written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the System, servers, networks, or infrastructure.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, rate limits, billing rules, or security controls.
- Use automated tools to overload, probe, scan, or attack the System.
- Use SnapProxy branding, trademarks, or materials without authorization.
- Misrepresent your relationship with SnapProxy.
4.5 Service Changes
SnapProxy may update, improve, modify, disable, replace, or discontinue any part of the System or Services at any time.
SnapProxy is not obligated to maintain any specific feature, location, IP pool, routing option, dashboard function, API endpoint, or technical configuration permanently.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Lawful Use Only
You may use SnapProxy services only for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes.
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, website terms, platform rules, and industry standards.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You must not use SnapProxy services for:
- Spam, phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity.
- Credential stuffing, account takeover, unauthorized login attempts, or brute force attacks.
- Malware, botnets, viruses, worms, trojans, or harmful code.
- Unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, databases, or devices.
- DDoS attacks, stress testing without permission, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or network attacks.
- Payment fraud, card testing, fake orders, refund abuse, or chargeback abuse.
- Fake account creation, platform manipulation, review manipulation, vote manipulation, click fraud, ad fraud, or traffic fraud.
- Scraping, crawling, or data collection from targets that prohibit such activity or where such activity violates applicable law.
- Accessing, distributing, or facilitating illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or violation of intellectual property rights.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, or abuse.
- Activities involving child exploitation, human trafficking, terrorism, weapons trafficking, controlled substances, or other serious illegal conduct.
- Any activity that damages the reputation, stability, availability, or security of SnapProxy or its partners.
5.3 Third-Party Platforms
SnapProxy does not guarantee that any proxy IP, location, protocol, or product will work with any particular third-party website, application, service, or platform.
Third-party platforms may block, restrict, challenge, rate-limit, flag, or reject proxy traffic at their own discretion.
SnapProxy is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, restrictions, account actions, captchas, blocks, bans, verification requests, or access limitations.
5.4 Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use of SnapProxy services is permitted by applicable law and third-party rules.
SnapProxy may refuse or terminate service if your use case is considered high risk, prohibited, abusive, or inconsistent with our policies.
6. Risks and Service Limitations
6.1 Technical Risks
You acknowledge that proxy services depend on networks, routing, IP resources, third-party infrastructure, user configuration, target website rules, and external factors beyond SnapProxy’s full control.
The Services may be affected by downtime, latency, routing changes, IP reputation changes, blocked access, third-party restrictions, maintenance, outages, or technical defects.
6.2 No Guaranteed Results
SnapProxy does not guarantee:
- That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
- That any IP will work with any specific website, app, platform, or use case.
- That any proxy will avoid detection, blocking, captcha, rate limits, or restrictions.
- That speed, latency, success rate, or performance will meet your specific expectations.
- That any third-party account, campaign, workflow, automation, or business outcome will succeed.
6.3 User Configuration
You are responsible for correct configuration of your browser, software, application, device, code, proxy client, authentication method, and target workflow.
SnapProxy is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect setup, incompatible tools, local network restrictions, device problems, third-party software, or user error.
6.4 Security Risks
You should be cautious of phishing, spoofing, fake websites, fake emails, fake support accounts, and fraudulent payment requests.
You should access SnapProxy only through the official website and communicate with SnapProxy only through official support channels.
SnapProxy is not responsible for losses caused by phishing, spoofing, social engineering, malware, or unauthorized third-party communications.
7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Some Services require payment. Prices, billing methods, product limits, renewal rules, traffic rules, and applicable fees are shown on the SnapProxy website, dashboard, order page, invoice, or payment page.
SnapProxy may change prices, product structures, discounts, promotions, payment methods, or billing rules at any time.
7.2 Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize SnapProxy and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
7.3 Taxes
Fees may be exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, bank charges, currency conversion fees, payment processing fees, or other governmental or third-party charges.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges related to your purchase and use of the Services.
7.4 Wallet or Account Balance
If SnapProxy provides wallet, account balance, credit, or prepaid balance functionality, such balance may be used only for eligible SnapProxy services.
Wallet balance, bonus balance, promotional credit, coupons, discounts, or free credits may be subject to expiration, restrictions, product limitations, and non-refundable rules.
7.5 Subscriptions and Renewals
Some Services may be offered as subscriptions, recurring plans, automatically renewed plans, or usage-based billing.
You are responsible for cancelling automatic renewal before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue the Service.
Payments already processed for renewed Services are generally non-refundable once the renewed Service has been activated, assigned, or made available.
7.6 Usage-Based Services
For traffic-based, bandwidth-based, proxy-count-based, or usage-based Services, fees may be calculated according to the amount of traffic, bandwidth, IP resources, ports, proxy endpoints, or other usage metrics consumed or assigned.
Used traffic, activated resources, assigned IPs, consumed bandwidth, and partially used Services are generally non-refundable.
7.7 Refunds
Refunds are governed by SnapProxy’s Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility may depend on product type, activation status, usage, technical issue verification, payment status, refund request timing, and compliance with this Agreement.
SnapProxy may offer technical support, proxy replacement, service credit, service extension, partial refund, or full refund at its discretion, depending on the situation.
7.8 Payment Disputes
You agree to contact SnapProxy support before opening any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support, SnapProxy may suspend your account, terminate active Services, restrict future purchases, and provide evidence to the payment provider.
7.9 Fraud Prevention
SnapProxy may use fraud detection, risk scoring, identity verification, payment verification, usage monitoring, and manual review to prevent abuse, fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized transactions.
SnapProxy may refuse, cancel, suspend, or refund any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, high risk, or inconsistent with this Agreement.
8. Affiliate Program and Reselling
8.1 Affiliate Program
SnapProxy may offer an affiliate, referral, partner, or commission program at its discretion.
Participation in any such program is subject to the rules, commission rates, payout methods, tracking rules, and restrictions published by SnapProxy.
8.2 Affiliate Materials
SnapProxy may provide affiliate links, banners, tracking links, coupons, promotional materials, or other marketing assets.
You may use such materials only in accordance with SnapProxy’s instructions and applicable laws.
8.3 Prohibited Affiliate Conduct
Affiliate participants must not:
- Use fraud, fake accounts, stolen payment methods, or self-referrals to generate commissions.
- Bid on SnapProxy trademarks, brand keywords, or confusingly similar terms in paid advertising without written permission.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Mislead users about prices, discounts, features, refunds, or product capabilities.
- Pretend to be SnapProxy or an official representative of SnapProxy.
- Use fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake urgency, or deceptive landing pages.
- Promote SnapProxy through illegal, adult, hateful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
- Use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced clicks, malware, browser extensions, or other deceptive tracking methods.
8.4 Commission Rights
SnapProxy may approve, reject, adjust, delay, withhold, or cancel commissions if we determine that the commission resulted from fraud, abuse, policy violation, chargeback, refund, duplicate account, self-referral, or suspicious activity.
8.5 Reselling
SnapProxy may allow reselling only with prior written permission or under a separately approved reseller arrangement.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, rental, sublicensing, or commercial transfer of SnapProxy services is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
9.1 Third-Party Providers
SnapProxy may use third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, customer support, fraud prevention, email delivery, identity verification, or other business operations.
Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9.2 No Responsibility for Third Parties
SnapProxy is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, banks, infrastructure providers, software providers, applications, or services.
Any dispute with a third party must be resolved directly with that third party, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9.3 External Links
The SnapProxy website may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
Such links are provided for convenience only. SnapProxy does not endorse, control, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, or reliability of third-party websites or resources.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 “As Is” Service
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapProxy disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
10.2 No Professional Advice
Any information, documentation, blog content, support response, or technical guidance provided by SnapProxy is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advice.
You are responsible for obtaining your own professional advice where necessary.
10.3 No Guarantee of Compatibility
SnapProxy does not guarantee that the Services will be compatible with every device, browser, operating system, software, application, automation tool, website, or third-party platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapProxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunities, accounts, reputation, or anticipated savings.
11.2 Service-Related Losses
SnapProxy shall not be liable for losses caused by:
- Service interruption or downtime.
- Proxy blocks, captchas, bans, account restrictions, or third-party platform actions.
- Incorrect user configuration.
- User misuse or illegal activity.
- Payment processor delays or bank issues.
- Third-party service failures.
- Security incidents caused by user negligence.
- Changes in laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rules.
11.3 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapProxy’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SnapProxy for the affected Service during the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SnapProxy, JIEXUN TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your breach of this Agreement.
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Your violation of third-party rights.
- Your misuse of proxy services.
- Your data, content, traffic, automation, software, or business activity.
- Your fraud, abuse, negligence, or willful misconduct.
- Your dispute with any third-party website, platform, provider, or user.
13. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, comments, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback to SnapProxy, you agree that such feedback is provided voluntarily and without restriction.
SnapProxy may use, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, commercialize, or incorporate such feedback into its products or services without compensation or obligation to you.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Services at any time.
If account deletion functionality is available, you may request account deletion through the dashboard or by contacting support.
Termination of your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
14.2 Termination by SnapProxy
SnapProxy may terminate this Agreement, close your account, suspend your access, or discontinue providing Services if:
- You breach this Agreement.
- You violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You fail to pay required fees.
- You engage in fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or suspicious activity.
- Your use creates risk for SnapProxy, other users, third parties, infrastructure providers, or payment providers.
- SnapProxy is required to do so by law, regulation, or third-party provider requirement.
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services immediately ends.
You remain responsible for all fees, charges, obligations, liabilities, and violations that occurred before termination.
Sections relating to payments, refunds, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and any provisions intended to survive termination shall survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
This Agreement and your use of the Services shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact SnapProxy at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
You must provide your account email, order information, relevant facts, and the remedy you are requesting.
15.3 Disputes
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Services, payments, account access, or use of the System shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Hong Kong law unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
16. Sanctions, Export Control, and Restricted Use
16.1 Sanctions Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit SnapProxy from providing Services to you.
You also represent and warrant that you are not listed on any sanctions, denied party, restricted party, debarment, or similar government list.
16.2 Prohibited Access
SnapProxy may restrict or block access to the Services from certain countries, regions, users, IP ranges, payment methods, industries, or use cases where required or appropriate for legal, compliance, risk, or business reasons.
16.3 Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export control, trade compliance, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, counter-terrorism, and sanctions laws.
17. Privacy and Data
SnapProxy processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that SnapProxy may process data necessary to provide the Services, manage accounts, process payments, prevent fraud, ensure security, handle support requests, comply with law, and operate the business.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own use of the Services complies with applicable privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity laws.
18. Notices and Communications
SnapProxy may send notices to you by email, dashboard notification, website notice, support message, or other reasonable communication method.
You are responsible for keeping your account email address current and for reviewing notices sent by SnapProxy.
Communications related to legal matters, billing, suspension, termination, disputes, or privacy should be sent to [email protected] unless SnapProxy provides a separate designated contact.
19. Miscellaneous
19.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, product rules, order terms, and any additional terms published by SnapProxy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SnapProxy regarding the Services.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19.3 No Waiver
SnapProxy’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other right.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your rights under it without SnapProxy’s prior written consent.
SnapProxy may assign or transfer this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate transaction, or by operation of law.
19.5 Language
This Agreement is written in English. If translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
19.6 Force Majeure
SnapProxy shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, regulatory changes, infrastructure provider failures, payment provider issues, or other force majeure events.
